These guys offer a free 30 day trial and all you need to do is pay for shipping.  I ordered mine late on 12-31, I recieved it around the 8th and assumed the delay was due to the company being closed w the New Year's holiday weekend and waiting till the 4th to send it.  There was NO INFORMATION other than a postcard w a short blurb about how it has formulated peptides and fixes wrinkles, call this number if you have any questions. It mentions no other ingredients, membership, autobill, no useful information of any kind and NO INVOICE.  After trying it for 7 days and finding it broke out the inside of my mouth and caused blisters around my eyes and lips, I couldn't use it, and was going to cancel the next day.

I happened to check my credit card statement as I was looking for the number, and to my horror, there was $180 billed to it on the 13th of January!  When I called the bank to report fraud the service rep had actually gotten a TON of calls on this company and had it happen to her as well!  Several issues follow: 1) When you are on the website and try to get to the terms and conditions for the product you want (Skin Optics and Eyessentials) it sends you to a third product and site for Innate Skin Care which seems totally unrelated third product.  I wasn't buying Innate Skin Care and did not give a flying crap what the terms were because I was not doing business with them, nor ordering that product and there is nothing to connect that the company controlling the 3 products is the same company...there is NO COMPANY NAME ATTACHED TO THESE, JUST PRODUCT NAMES 2) the order requires that you pay shipping thus obtaining your credit card information 3) no where is there a price for subsequent products, nor that or what you will be charged 4) they do not tell you that their 30 day trial will charge you full price 13 days after you PLACE the order. 5) They treat each product like a seperate company and make you call and cancel each seperately, but there are no terms and conditions for each.  There are only terms and conditions for the only product that I DID NOT ORDER, but yet, I'm held to that!!

When I called customer service, first they refuse to answer for up to 20 minutes at a time, then they tell you that you have 4 days for shipping and two weeks to try the product that you have been sent making it sound like you have 18 days.  I wanted to know if that were true, then why did they charge me on the 13th when  I ordered it late on the 31st and didn't receive it till the 8th and was told that it was my responsibility to contact them and tell them it was late (I had no way to do so w out a phone number or email confirmation).  When I told her I was cancelling and demanding my money back because I was wrongfully charged within the 14 days I was now being told by a manager that it was 14 days from when I clicked order and not 14 plus any days for shipping!  Soooo, even if I did aquiesce and give them 4 days for shipping, by their own admission their 14 days to try is really only 10 days to try, which they hold off on shipping weekends which shortens it a few more days, so you're actually getting only a few days to try it.  When I accused them of using some screwed up 'common core math' that only suites them I was called offensive.  I was actually told that when I recieved the items it was up to me to call and cancel the same day I received them to avoid the issue.  I'm telling you, that will probably not help you much if you ordered over a long holiday set up the way that I did.  If you do not know that they have signed you up for an autobill club and are going to yank you in 5 days, how are you to supposed to know that you have something to cancel???!!!!  By any standard of math, I had until the 18th to cancel and I called on the 16th.  It makes absolutely no difference what you do or say, these people will take and keep your money.

This is an elaborate fraud in the grandest of terms.  You can't even get around the website because it is a .net w no way to get from one product or page to another, you have no way to find out where they are, you can't turn them in to the BBB and when I told them I wanted to return it, I was laughed at and told they weren't telling me where to find them and I still had to pay the money.
