Skin Optics / Eyessentials Eye Rejuvenation serum SCAM $89.95 X 2 ! 14 DAY TRIAL Will not reimburse when canceled, Santa Anna Internet

Jan. 25, 2016- I saw this ad on Facebook. These people offer SKIN OPTICS- a MIRACLE "Anti Wrinkle cream" and EYESSENTIALS- an Eye Serum that removes puffiness. The fact is, I feel these are good products. BUT, NO ONE will steal from me. I expect them to earn my business and be HONEST upfront as to how they operate when it regards charging MY Credit Card for anything! . They run an ad that states you can "Try" their products for $4.95/$5.95 shipping. NOWHERE does it make it clear that this offer will "automatically" charge your credit card $89.95 x 2 if this so called "Trial" isn't cancelled in 14 days! It does NOT state it clearly on their ad nor in the paperwork included in your shipment.

Then once you discover they have charged your card, they keep you on hold for 25 minutes only to tell you that it states it in the very small box of "Terms and conditions" therefore they will NOT reimburse your card. I was screaming at them and they just flat out refused. This is CLEARLY and SCAM and I warn anyone thinking of trying this unless you have deep pockets. I liked it but I will order a product IF I CHOOSE to when I want it, WHEN I want it and will pay for it.

(Unless I understand and agree to something else, ie. an "automatic shippment") But, NO ONE will simply take it upon themselves to STEAL from me, and that is EXACTLY what these companies are doing when they in no way make it CLEAR as to their intentions upfront and wont refund when you obviously are angry and DEMAND a refund before any more product has been sent out. They MUST make a law against these companies. This company is only one of many that are consistantly attempting these unethical SCAMS and they must be stopped! BEWARE if you are considering this so called "Trial"!
