SKS Associates Northern Leasing Unauthorized withdrawal of funds due to their review of 10 years of accounting of Northern Leasing which they purchased. My account has been closed with them since 2010 New York, New York

I used to use NORTHERN LEASING for the processing of my business's credit card transactions. I closed my account with Northern Leasing in 2010 after decades of using their service. I now use Pay Pal.

I received a letter from SKS ASSOCIATES saying they had purchased Northern Leasing and that after doing their accounting they found that no personal property tax had not been collected on the credit card terminal (worth a couple hundred dollars) and they were deducting $195 dollars from my checking account. The letter is dated 2/17/1111, the envelope shows it being mailed on 3/1/10 and the $195 was removed from my account on 3/2/10 as per the letter, which I received on 3/3/10!

I called SKS Associates and they will not budge on the charges.

I asked for an accounting and they said you owe the $195 and we tool it according to our contract with you. I have no contract with SKS Associates and my account at Northern Leasing was canceled at the time of the withdrawal.

I know I am not the only one being ripped off by SKS Axxociates and I think SKS deserves to prove we owe the funds, if not I want my money back!

The ironic thing is that I was overcharged by Northern Leasing for 2 months of a lease I had canceled. I was expecting a refund and instead they steal $195!!!

Lets not let them push us around, Class Action might be the way to go with this one.
