Slabway advertised a foot massager on the facebook website. After I provided my credit card information, they did not send me a receipt confirmation to my email address. They provided a fake email contact information that cannot be reached. Orem Utah

 I received three foot massagers, and they are not what I expected. I also did not receive the neck massager as I ordered at the same time. The foot massager is to harsh on the feet and it is not heated. Please help me get a refund on my debit card and instruct me on how to return the items

I just wanted to come out and say these claims are false.  The person that filed this report against us most likely emailed us outside of our posted 9-5 hours, if not that we were just slow to respond because we are very busy this time of year. We also provide a contact phone number at the bottom of the page.  All of our orders receive confirmation emails unless it gets filtered into someone's spam inbox.
