Slatehouse Group Property Management .Slatehouse Destroyed My Home with their Maintenance Crews & Tenants Lancaster Pennsylvania

Slatehouse allowed tenants to destroy my property and charged me for their damage.  They did not maintain or assist us with adhering to City of York standards.  Slatehouse never gave us a copy of the lease to the tenants and dropped the tenants' rent three times.  They charged us for maintenance issues more than once and did not perform the work to fix the problems.  They did maintenance when they specifically were told not to perform the maintenance and charged us.  They ruined more of the house then they fixed.   When Slatehouse was contacted by me with questions about issues, I was ignored.

I have to deal with the City of York legally as a result of thier tenants and poor management.  Do not use Slatehouse.  They are in the Susquehanna and Delaware Valleys.
