Sleep Country ripoff warranty does not honor warranties Puyallup Washington

I purchased a Simmons King size mattress from Sleep Country in Puyallup, WA When I purchased the mattress I told the salesman that I have a bad back,(needing surgery) and that I needed a good supportive mattress. He sold us a Spring Air Odyssia II mattress. After only 9 months the mattress began to sag on each sleeping area side. We contacted them and they accepted the warranty. When we got the new mattress. He talked us into spending more money, said this was a better mattress for my back problems. We purchased it I then had back surgery with a recovery of approximately 12 -18 months. This mattress started bothering me, I was not sure if it was the mattress or the surgery so I waited. When my recovery should have been complete,I was still having problems same problem sagging on both sides, big lump in center of bed. I contacted sleep country they had an inspector come out who saw that I also had a wooden platform between the box spring and mattress. He told me everything looked fine. We recieved a letter from Sleep Country informing us that the claim was denied by improper foundation of a coil spring box spring with bent springs. They did not mention the wooden platform in between and there are no bent coils in the boxspring. I am pursuing with Simmons Mfg. and an attorney, I suggest that you do not put yourself in this position, by not purchasing a Sleep Country Mattress.
