Sleep Train, Escondido Rip off.. SCAM.. delivered "used", floor model bed including a body impression - sag! Escondido Washington

purchased bed at very end of Dec2014...upgraded to bigger, more expensive bed a days later due to room size would accommodate the King. Discovered a body imprint already in the new bigger bed and told to contact 800 Customer Service.. spent over $1,200 and now to complete their warranty report form, take photos and measurements of the impression, et.. so that a "review" can be completed to determine if covered and/or warrant a Inspector visit to the house???  This is insane.. this Store delivered a used, damaged, or floor model.. not the new bed .. MEANING.. they cheated.. are cheating..  delaying which means Customer lives with the problem until they decide.. WHAT?

Yeah, Sleep Train Escondido Sales are superb to take the money.. and, less than 20 days new.. must do what to get an actual NEW replacement product? Even the Sealy Company sucks! Also, they require the "warranty" information/report.. this is not a warranty issue!!

I can not recommend this company.. neither of them.. and further.. maybe buy only from Reputable companies such as Sears, Costco, et.. WAY too much Troubles for spending too much on such a product..

Have submitted complaints to CA State Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, and BBB, yelp, kudoz, anyone else??  Word needs to get out about this SCAM..

I guess only thing to do is.. . drop off this "used" bed and get a charge back via the Bank Visa Card.. this is a horrible experience!!
