Bought a $2000.00 mattress almost 10 days ago and tried to return...  Sleep Train will not return due to fabricated stains from pictures that only show a bad photo.  I inspected the mattress myself and nothing can be found...only issue is that a small 1 inch cut is on the side where their delivery personnel cut the plastic off the mattress with a razor knife... I made the mistake of not inspecting the mattress after is was placed on the frame and box spring that they installed in my bedroom at 8:30 at night.  We did not damage the mattress as we installed a $150 mattress cover that they imply is needed for any warranty issues with stains at the time the personnel were walking out of the bedroom.  No stains or cuts on the mattress cover.

Managers will not call back, after arguing mulitple times about the issue with customer service, I asked for a manager or another employee of Sleep Train to come inspect the mattress but they refuse to only use their personnel that pickup mattresses...  I have been scammed due to telling Sleep Train that we found another mattress that they did not have in stock at any location and we were purchasing from another retailer... Their warranty states that you can try any mattress and return it within 100 days... excluding damage.  We did not damage or stain the mattress.  After further inspection, the tags are ripped and the stiching seems to be coming apart... Possibly a refurbished mattress in which we paid for new.

Finally over with...  Sleep Train Store Manager was a huge help.... Customer Service Center is horrible but Larry the store manager was great.
