SLR Motorsports Failure to issue refund Tarpon Springs, Florida
*Consumer Comment: oh no you didn't??
SLR Motorsports promises a no questions asked money back refund policy. Ater obtaining a return authorization from SLR I have failed to receive the $75 back to my charge card. Attempts to contact them by email result in nothing. After checking the BBB website I've found consumers with similar complaints.

..I guess you did. Which was pay a scammer for a chip..which is a TOTAL SCAM in itself. There is no "magical" chip that can do anything to increase power or improve mileage..or it would have came with your vehicle from the factory. The factory would have no reason (regardless of what the SCAM ad says), to not use a chip that would increase performance and gas mileage, if all it took was a chip. The factory engineers are probably a little more qualified then SLR whoever the heck they are to get the best performance from your vehicle while being EPA certified.
Please for your own good...next time before sending anyone money...do an internet search to see if the company is legit. Surely if you googled "SLR Motorsports" followed by the term "scam", "rip off", "fraud" etc...there would have been no shortage of info regarding these chips, and this companies lack of issuing refunds..
Try a search for yourself.
You would have better luck getting money back from a street drug dealer complaining the crack was defective. And with a street drug dealer you would probably have a better chance of getting a product that does as claimed.
