SLR Motorsports purchased what I thought was a high performance chip for my truck,it was a piece of plastic with 2 wires sticking out of it,tried to get RA# for return....they will not anwser my e-mail so i can get a Tarpon Springs , Florida

They did not send me what I ordered,just a piece of plastic with 2 wires sticking out of it,will not anwser my e-mail for a refund,this was supposed to be a high performance chip....they lied.
