After few days of warning to remove the copyrighted design content from their facebook fanpage, this person/company is unresponsive.
The design was not paid due to the refusal of the person accountable ( amounting 135 usd with facebook fanpage app development).
As of today, 3-20-2012, the design can still be seen on the page of SMART BITES TO GO of WILLIAM LTAIF. We have consulted odesk before filing another claim (here) and told us that it is not within their liability and we can report this person online.
We are not happy that we have been ripped off plus our designs are being used by this company.
