Hi, my name is Bill I'm writing this letter because like so many other of you I have been ripped off by smart certify.
When they first called me I was sooo excited. A tech training school was actually calling me offering me a school to complete my training and for only 1,800 a year I would be able to recieve my A+, A+ net+, MCSA, MCSE which I was completely blown away. I have four children and money can be tight so when they offered me the training and showed me their demo which is different then the actual courses, I was impressed and I signed the so called contract. Now after 6 months of having this so called training, I have gotten little to no help with my training and only books and very poorly made videos to instruct me.
Soo like so many others I have been trying to get out of this training and find a real training method which I have in CBT nuggets the utmost best video training around and affordable. So now smart certify harrasses my bank for money which I won't give them and I'm filing a class action law suit against them with the attorney general of ny and the attorney general in clear water florida who knows all too well about the smart certify scam
