SmartDiets.com Unauthorized charges to my credit card without knowledge of this company's existence Rochesterr, New York

This company has made unauthorized transactions from my credit/debit card account. I have no knowledge of this company, and prior to the charges, I had no knowledge of this company's existence. Upon some further research, I came across several complaints about similar events that have taken place with other unwitting consumers. I plan to take full legal action against this company as what they are doing falls under identity theft and blatant fraudulent activity.

The worst part of this scam is that I have never ordered anything from this company. There is no possibility that they scammed me under a terms of service clause regarding a free trial or a failure to cancel a subscription. I have never ordered anything from this company, nor do I know of their existence or what they sell or market.
