This company is unbelievable. My fridge broke and so I called them to come out and give me an estimate. First off they advertise as 24 hour service provided, that's completely false!!!! When I inquired about that they told me that's only in an emergency. I asked what qualifies as an emergency because I think one's fridge leaking water all over their house at 10 pm is an emergency and they said rarely anything qualifies as an emergency. That's false advertisement. Anyway, the guy came out the next day and told us that the repair would cost $700 and that the company that was out before broke the fridge by injecting too much of a certain coolant. He even showed the piece that was "supposedly" damaged. Anyway, he started the project and then all of a sudden he said another part is broken and that that will cost a total of 1200 (total $2000) to repair. Having been sick to death of having a broken fridge we agreed. Less than one month later the fridge broke down again!!!! I called and they said labor is not covered by the warranty and so it will cost another $80 dollars for him to come out and additional money for parts. I couldn't believe it! These guys are con artists!!! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, not even to my worst enemy!

The customer didn't pay a penny for our second visit, even though it had nothing to do with the first visit. We fixed the problem, because we a GE Monogram specialists, and since the previous company simply broke it and couldn't fix it! And they don't report that other company. Instead they report us for fixing their fridge. So pathetic!
