Oh what a fraud this Smith Dstributors.com is: This is a warning for anyone that wants to do business with This person. I agree with what was said with Dean and Tamara. I experienced a sale with him first hand. First of I ordered a item for $29.95 30 days went past and I got no response on the order. I used his live help feature and he said he has no record of my order, so I sent him an e-mail of the order confirmation.
He said he would ship the item out with in 30 days. Well 60 days later still nothing I was lucky I was able to purchase pay pal insurance. So I got my money back! But that is not the problem, the Problem is this Smith refused to follow Federal Trade Commission laws: that is described in the FTC website. If the merchant does not state a shipping date that item must be sent out within 30 days. If not he has to send a option notice of to accept or cancel the order. He did not do that. Instead he keeps saying you never ordered, I know you are Dean Cortez, I know you are Mason Miller. This guy is not with reality, he harps on I am above the law, no one can touch me, I claims he never received any money or order. But he did and pay pal refunded the money via there insurance. He was selling on E-bay. This is where I found that item. This guy is so into him self he has no since of right or wrong, when I did order I found out he was licensed in Michigan, He asked me to purchase stocks in his Million dollar company! I found out after calling the SEC in NY and was told his company is not listed nor any paperwork as been filed. I then talked to Michigan Sec and found out he was a Sole owner (DBA) And he is using titles that is reserved for corporations and his now dealing in Security fraud.
