The company Smokeless Direct offers a $9.95 starter kit electronic cigarette. The E-cig works for approximately three to four drags or puffs and then it stops working.It needs to be recharged.

The worst part about this company is they send you the product and then within 15 days they tell you you agreed to receive their cartridges every month at $59.95 for 1 pack a day smokers (16 cartridges) and $109.90 for anyone who smokes more (32 cartridges).

I received my E-cig within five days after placing my $9.95 order. . I then receive and email thanking me for my $109.90 second order. I never placed this order and when I called the company the girl who answered the phone told me that I agreed to a monthly charge and products to be shipped monthly if not more when I checked out from the first order.

I went back and looked at my receipt and there is no mention of the so called 14 day trial period before they hit your credi card again. The lady also said there was no supervisor to speak with and their terms are what they are. I asked where it mentioned this agreement and she again told me on check-out. I did not see any type of agreement. I tried to email them at customersupport@smokelessdirect.com

My email bounced. I called again after canceling my Credit card and placing a dispute on the $109.90 charge and there was no answer. They must be using caller ID.
Save your time and aggravation. Do not order from these scam artists!
