Steve and John robbed two old people of 400 bucks. They took their money and never repaired the carpeting and will never return their phone calls. The couple times they did answer they literally said, "Too bad. Take us to small claims court" and called them "Losers". These guys are as low as you can be. They take advantage of old people. They stole money from them.
They asked for the full amount upfront. My parents made the mistake of giving them the full amount and paying with the cash.
And on top of stealing from them they left my parents with a big chunk of carpeting missing. They removed it to supposedly match it for replacement.
Snap-A-Rug in Miami is EVIL.

I have been using this company for the past 5 years. The owner and technicians have always been professional and fair. As a loyal customer, I can not imagine this allegation to be true.
In fact, Snap A Rug has always promoted specials on their services and have always given me products or added additional services at a resonable price.
My entire family uses Snap A Rug, including my elderly parents...and they have been extremely generous with their prices.
They are efficient, trustworthy and reliable.
