I went to a great company to buy a mattress/box springs and per their suggestion I got financing through Snap Financing.  It seemed straight forward and was easy to qualify.  I had not planned to go past the 100 days same as cash so really didn't worry about it.  They had set up auto payments to be taken out of my account on my pay period dates.  No biggie.  However they started taking out more than what was authorized and put late payments on my account (all before the 100 days same as cash was to expire).  I was beyond shocked at the amount of money they took without my approval.  I went to their website and the hours listed on the site were not accurate so I was not able to call on a Sunday although their site says they have customer service available on Sundays.  Yet another thing that was untrue about this company.  I was apalled and I hope the mattress company I worked with gets another source for thier loans because they will be guilty by association by using this company.  I would never suggest anyone to use this deplorable company.

AUTHOR: Robert - (United States)

You used a key word you didn't "plan" to go past 100 days.

You stated that you set up auto-pay to take out the funds on your pay-period dates. Okay, so how many pay periods did you have in this 100 days, and how much did you allow them to take out each pay period? As for the late payments, during this 100 day you were most likely still required to make a minimum payment. So did you meet the minimum payment due?

You also say that you are shocked at the amount they took out. So exactly when did they take out these extra payments, how much were they taking out? Did they ever take out more than you had financed in this 100 day period?
