I took my jeep to American transmission/ snider transmission to have a transmission re installed, in sept, in oct they told me I needed bolts and that my torque converter was bad, and it would be another 300 for the converter, knowing they didn't cost that much I got it myself for 89, and broght it to them that same day. in november they told me that was the wrong one, so I exchanged it for the right one, and three days later they told me that was wrong too, and that they would get the right one for cost, being 110. they did but the old one was 11 inches and was working in the jeep before, but the one they got was 12 inches, and they told me that had to be the right one, now I have a jeep that won't start since the starter can't reach it flywheel that is attached to the wrong converter. they refuse to make anything right, and I didn't even get the jeep back until december. If you don't have knowledge of basic auto repair they will rip you off, because they sound so knowledgeable, and honest but they are not!!!!
