I purchased several double pane windows from Solar Industries for my entire house through Home Depot in Fullerton Ca.  When I called and spoke with Nila in their warranty/Customer Service department at Solar Industries, #520-790-8989 she said they will not honor the Lifetime Warranty.   I told her that each of the windows that I purchased came with a big sticker that said Lifetime Warranty on it.  She refuesed to help me and said that they do not come with a Lifetime warranty.  I told her they sure did and I have the orginal stickers that came with the window to prove it.  The seals in the windows failed and the rubber seal is melting down and inside the window!  I wonder how many customers they have scammed out their warranties!  We do not have to put up with this and we need to hold them accountable.  I will continue to push this and will not let them off the hook.
