My husband and I signed up with this group to help us with our payday loans.  To make a long story short, they took our money, we got a judgment against us and nothing was done.  They offered our money back to save their "A" rating with the BBB, but we already had the judgment.

Our attorney also told us that the way they collect upfront fees, selling us a briefcase product is illegal!  These guys should go to jail where they belong.  BEWARE, THEY ARE A SCAM AND OPERATE ILLEGALLY.  Do your own research.

Sherry, Question: In one part of your complaint you stated we stole your money. In another part of your complaint you rec your money back. Which is it? If you could clarify so I can have a better understanding that would be helpful.

Sherry, Can you be a little more specific on what exactly happen? If you start the program with legal action already in place for judgement no one can help. We have been in business for almost 9 years and strive for customer excellence. If we had a customer that we could not do anything for why we there be a charge? You might think companies do not keep there clients satidfied but we do. Without our customers we would not exist. If you can get a chance to call us please do. 1-877-785-7817 you can speak to ANY complaince manager to address this issue.

 

In regards to the Washington State class action lawsuit. That is resolved. You can call the Better Business Bureau or the opposing attorney to verify this is complete. It was a frivilous lawsuit and the "class" was never identified to this day. We encourage you to call the BBB or the law firm that intiated this frivilous lawsuit and ask for yourself.
