I made 3 payments, 2 on 07/11/2012 and 1 on 07/13/2012. At on this dates the had problems with their website, but I got confirmation on payment and transaction numbers. But the payments never reached the receivers.

The receivers of the payments have confirmed that Solid Trust Pay had problems on these dates. Many payments never reached the receivers.

I have made several tickets and comments to my tickets. Solid Trust Pay have not answered any. I had to make several tickets because they delete my ticket after 2 days!! The live support have been closed for 1 month now and they don't answer the phone.

Solid Trust Pay is supposed to be one of the leading e-currency providers. The support level and information is just a joke. There are many other e-currency providers - use one of them!!

To have "Trust" as part of the company name is quite bizarre!!
