Sonic Cash.net Rec'd threating phone call that I was going to be arrested and never heard of the company Irvine California

I just received a phone call from Justin Smith who sounded more as if he was calling from Pakistan, but my caller ID showed a California number. I never was so upset in my whole life. This person threatned that I was going to be arrested tommorow and brought to court for an upaid cash advance loan. I am guilty of taking one out years ago and paid it back. Appartently the loan that Mr. Justin Smith told me about was in 2006 for $1495.

I started freakin out. I said I paid off my loan and why are you calling me now after all these years. He started screaming and threating me that I need to give him my lawyers information? I said, "what lawyer?" I did not even know there was a judgement against me. He said that they sent many email to me - which I never received. I then told him if this was a legit lawsuit or action against me why did I not receive any formal registerd mail or served with papers before? He could not answer.

I see that others wrote about this so I feel much better to see that this Sonic Cash thing is a SCAM. To be honest...I almost gave them money because I was so scared that someone was going to show up at my place of employment or office to arrest me and I have two small children, but then came to my senses that this was not right. It is really scary to know that others have so much of your information and will try and take your indenty away. I reported this to the Attorney General's office in New York.
