The truth about my life during these accusations is this:  I havent owned a car in six years, mostly because I havent had the money.  I have been unemployed for about 5 years and homeless for about 5 years.  God called me to live that life for awhile in order to focus on His work with the poor.  I lived in the basement of a church off and on for about 2 years.  I then stayed wherever the Lord sent me.  I had unemployment benefits for about 2 years.  Any trips I took to the coast and such were due to the Lords work and I used my own money these trips were for a time of break from the work in the streets of Ashland.  During those times we went camping in a tent because that was what we wanted to do and it is cheap. 

Stephenie et al, I recommend you read Isiah 50 to 52.  What I say is true.  I don't know if William is a Christian or not.  He has problems.  He is a sexual predator.  What more need I say.

This is the most outrageous and grievous accusation against a dear man of God. This is a personal attack on one who no doubt was doing what he is always found doing "going about the Father's business" ... I trust William Hayes implicitly and actually 'know the man'. He never fails to be there for the poor, homeless and lost.

For those of us who are of the same fold, we know what it's like to have our message rejected and we are accustomed to attack. I pray this person realizes that 'false witness' is an affront to the One who sees and knows all. William lives in "His" ever watchful presence and his [William's]life is an open book some of us  read  daily.

i have had the opportunity to frequent william's potluck's for the past few months, and have also spent time witnessing william's other efforts for the local community; and he is one of the most driven and rock solid ministers i have come in contact with. 

as Divine fate would have it (probably for just this occasion!) i have also run into william while he rides the bus, or is walking through ashland's streets. 

this lying report would easily be counted as merit-less by any who have come in contact with william, or see him around town, as ashland is a small town! 

just today i witnessed him help a disabled woman move her own ministries inventory from one city to another, this was precious to her.. he was a hero for her today, and he had to borrow a truck to do it! 

Nothing here is  worth a rebuttal, None of this slander is substantiated. It was filed by a man named Greg who is very lonely and  bitter. this not the only site he has claimed this on. He is in need of our prayers and some good Godly counseling. Greg, please stop these ineffective attacks on Williams character.
