Sony Playstation Network Misleading advertisment in game purchases. I purchased "Watch Dogs" FULL GAME on the playstation store for $59.99 after I purchased the game I proceeded to download the game when the game started downloading I noticed that it was not indeed the game it was the "Watch Dogs" THEME immediately i new something was wrong i contacted the company and explained that the game i purchased was showing i purchased the theme they stated that the game was not yet released and will not be released till June of next year i asked them why did it not show a release date or show pre-order or coming soon instead of saying "Download $59.99" FULL GAME they stated they where not shire i asked for a refund on 11/01/2013 day of purchase they said that they will submit a request for a refund that day witch dident get submited till 11/03/2013 i called on 11/6/2013 asked what was going on they stated that on 11/04/2013 the refund was approved and that i should receive the refund back on my PlayStation Wallet by the end of the business day witch i never did on 11/07/2013 i called they couldent tell me anything on 11/08/2013 same thing nothing its now 11/10/2013 still the company has not yet refunded my money all I can say is be very careful purchaseing games on the playstation store because you really donot know what your purchaseing till its to late when you confirm the purchase Sony Network Entertainment is out for your money they donot care about the people that invests there hard earn money in there products and read the terms very carefully before purchaseing a game because it says NO REFUNDS SALES FINALE so that should tell you that they very much know what there doing and know how to scam people out of there hard earn money and be very prepared when calling the company when requesting a refund they are very rude and un professional even the supervisors are
