SOS Credit Company Did not for filling his contract Texas Nationwide

 I entered a contract with Gene Sealen, Sharyn Hoya to fix my credit from a referral from Guston Cho. They promised a 700 or better on my credit scores in that is by April 19, 2017. I have numerous emails numerous texts going back-and-forth trying to let them know that nothing has been done on my case. I requested the $699 refund a month ago I have left numerous emails to them regarding the process to get my refund to know answers . I gave them 24 hour notice via email to refund or at least call me to acknowledge that it's past the six months they did not reach the 700 and I wanted a total refund of $699 today they haven't called or emailed any response. I also found out that he was working with my mortgage broker running a scam with kickbacks to the mortgage broker for referrals. Nothing has been done on my case in today still no answer still no emails nothing
