We purchased a Soundbuilt Home 12/07 in Navarro in Puyallup. The house is falling apart: nails popping out, outlets and dryer vent falling out of the wall, cracks in the wall, kitchen counter bucking up. We called in 12/08 and got no call back until "1 year warrenty was expired". We did not put it in writing and they refuse to do anything. Even without a warrenty, a $250,000+ home should not fall apart in less than a year. They have now lowered their prices to sell these pieces of trash, but we are stuck. We purchased this house with our Granddaughter and she actually lives there.
