I bought SEO Zen Pro on 2nd October 2013, after it was hyped to be the WordPress add-on to create automated content and silo links.

It turned out to be quite rigid in its approach would not allow to integrate with existing posts, would use either the free SpinnerChief API to make content unique with very poor results or the paid Spinnrewriter with better results yet still not good enough for a person to read.

On my existing blog I had quite some problems when I installed SEO Zen it blanked out the whole Plugins window, Edit Page and Edit Post window in WordPress. So I had to deactivate each time I needed to install a plug-in or edit a post or page.

It took quite a while to figure out what created these problems. After starting to report my problems on 16th October 2013 to support, Alex Cass was replying asking if I was using the latest version which I did. So that was the only support I got from them on 18th October 2013.

After a couple of other unanswered questions and since that problem could not be resolved properly I tried ZEO Zen on a completely new WordPress installation but ran into other problems:

"The spinning process can only be done once, if I need to restore the page content it wont let me spin it again. So the only solution I found was to delete the Silo and all created pages and create a new Silo with the same keywords of course. I tried SpinnerChief free API but that creates horrible results. Even when using the paid version of Spin Rewriter the spun text needs still corrections to be acceptable content.

To limit the silo link creation to pages only makes this plug-in only useful for new pages actually being able to integrate existing pages/posts only manually.

Some videos were not fitting to the article title/keyword, since I could not rectify this I had to either delete the page or create a completely new silo, which then again took more than 30 min to get all the content of 5 pages to an acceptable level.

I followed the training for using the PR-Links module trying to find blog posts to create back-links yet the search window would just keep running more than five minutes, even when I tried it using the proxy solution. So have to keep using Google search as a means of finding suitable back-linking websites."

I sent this report on 31st October 2013 with the request for a full refund as it seemed clearly in aliance with their return policy (http://seozenlaunch.com/zenpro/index.html), but was met again with silence and have not heard anything from them ever since.
