South Side Towing price gouging abbeville, Louisiana

Called South Side Towing to ask for how much it would take to retrieve my truck from their care, because I had a car accident the day before and the local police officers stated that it is Louisiana Law that all vehicles involved in accidents can not be driven away, that they have to be towed to a place to be checked over.  Southside Towing picked up my vehicle and towed it to their yard.  Truck not there for 24 hours, and I call for the price they quote me 231. In the time it took for me to drive there and to walk into their office, their price went up 100 dollars.  When I questioned the price change they told me I was hard of hearing, and when I balked at that they said that the owner misquoted the price, and I was not allowed to retalk to the owner, that if I didn't want to pay the full amount, they'd keep the truck locked up.
