This property management company is the absolute worst that I have ever dealt with. I moved into a condo managed by this company in April of '05 and had a maintenance issue that was reported to them on June 1st. They sat around and let the condo get ruined and just fixed the problem 2 weeks ago. The funny part (actually there is no funny part, but all I can do is laugh) is that they didn't begin to fix the problem until I gave them my 30 day notice to vacate. I shouldn't have paid my rent, but after the Hurricanes, I couldn't afford to get evicted not only from a money standpoint, but also because there were no places to live.
I would highly suggest any person looking for an apartment in Baton Rouge, not to even look at renting from this company because all they do is screw you around.
