My father orderd some birthday presants for me and we never recieved a tracking order.
Or the things we orderd.
I have tried calling the order 800 line and they put you through to an answering machine for their customer service.
Also another 877 phone number that has a recording that has nothing to do with the SouthWest Indain Foundation.
Thank You For checking in to this matter.

Buyer's Responsibilities

Your "experience" is full of problems and it isn't fair for you to throw this noble foundation under the bus for your own deficiencies. First, at the time of the sale, your father would have receiceved and if not, should have asked for an order number. That is just common sense. Maybe he thought he ordered something but never actually did. Did you ever consider that? Secondly, if he did order on-line, the tracking and order numbers are automiatic. So, you call the Foundation, irate, with no order number, no nothing, but a belly full of anger for them. They have no way of knowing who you are and what was purchased because you didn't have it for them. Did your Dad check his credit card? Was he ever even billed? This would have helped. So, how is this their responsibility? But you blame them. Not surprising. Where you even aware that they are on a different time-zone than you are? Did it occur to you to look at their hours and understand that you got an answering machine because they are closed for the day? This is a solid charitable organization that I personally have given $1,000's to in donations and purchases for over 30 years. So look at it from a responsible point of view. You wouldn't get far with your approach with Amazon, now would you? Of course not.
