SOUTHWEST INDIAN FOUNDATION FRAUD!!! WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN WILL NOT GIVE YOU TRACKIING Gallup New Mexico

i was looking at a t shirt item#10417, they wanted $24.00 plus $8.50 for shipping and handling. i ordered the same t shirt from all poster.com for $18.70 with free shipping through walmart online. this company is price gouging you for cheap chinese made junk, that you can find online for way less. don't order nothing from them!

I have placed numerous orders with this company.  I have returned a few items and received replacements or credits on my charge card.  The only error I've ever experienced with them was receiving two replacements for one that I returned for being the wrong size.  When I called the company to find out how to return one item of the two received, I was told to keep it as a gift.  Everyone I spoke with over the years was polite and helped me better than most companies with whom I've done business.  I will continue purchasing from them.

I am so surprised to see any complaints about this organization.  I have ordered multiple times from their catalog and have had no problems whatsoever.  I have had to do returns a time or 2, with no problems.  I have spoken to people on the telephone and they have been very helpful and gracious.  I would highly recommend using this company and their catalog.  Wonderful merhandise and the hand-crafted items are superb!  Thank you southwest indian foundation.  Also, what a great way to provide support and income to the people we do our best to keep down in the mud.  Food, clothing, money for stoves....good karma for taking everything away from them!!!!

 I have placed many orders with Southwest Indian Foundation over past 14 years and have never had a single reason to complain about anything. In fact I just received another order today from Southwest Indian Foundation, delivered by UPS, books and CD's, as well as an order for a White Cloud Kachina I received promptly two weeks ago. They are a worthy foundation, supporting Native American artists and providing needed services to their community. All merchandise I've received has been of excellent quality. The complaint I just read doesn't sound the least bit legitimate to me - my experience with Southwest Indian Foundation customer service has always been highly satisfactory - one on one, with courteous representatives who were friendly, helpful and responsive. They do business with loyal customers all over the world - read the testimonials. They are highly respected for their charitable work too. Do not hesitate to order from them - you'll be glad you did.

I have ordered many times from this company and have always received my goods rapidly and in good condition.  When I have called to enquire about an item before purchase, they have been unfailingly polite and helpful.  I buy Native American art directly when ever I travel in the SW and I find that this company's prices are fair and their selection broad.  Further, a large part of their profits go to help the severely economically depressed Native American community. I strongly recommend them.
