We met this company at the Flagstaff home show. We contracted them to replace our windows on 5/10/2017 and gave them a dep. of $3500.00 (1/2 half). On June 27 they came to install the windows. The windows in the front of the house didn’t fit into the existing spaces. The angles were wrong 2-3 inches on one side. They are angled windows.

After the installer called the boss he came tp Flagstaff from Scottsdale accused me of hanging up on him. (Earlier, the Installer called him and handed me the phone, boss said "what’s up? I asked the installer if he told him and he said yes so I said I don’t understand and gave the phone back to install to explain again, I guess that was hanging up?) He wanted to frame the windows in, Thus changing the angles of the top windows.

We live in a association and all the condos look alike. We would have been different, which the condo assoc. would have not approved. My husband tried to explain that. He moved to stand about 3-4 inches from my husband face. My husband said "what, now you’re going to hit me?” I told him to get off our property. He told me it’s not your property it’s the condo assoc. Property. I told him to please leave 6 times. As he was getting in his vehicle he called us "stupid idiots”.

Finally after numerous calls they ordered me windows. Well the came and were white even though our contract stated tan. We called the assoc. no they won’t allow white. The company said they would paint the outside frame tan. Ok. Again they didn’t fit and 2 of the 4 standard size windows were cracked and damaged. It appeared to us that they were not new. We fired them! We took them to small claims court in Flagstaff and got a judgement. The would not pay and still won’t pay. Contacted registrar of contractors trying to make a claim against their bond. They said because it was a second home they couldn’t do anything. We are seniors and can’t afford to give $3500. Away.
