Sovereign Society World Currency Watch Free look at Income Accelerator Report is denied Delray Beach, Florida

The Sovereign Society's World Currency Watch Risk-free Trial Certificate states  the following:  

... rush me "The Income Accelerator Strategy Report" for a 30 day risk-free trial. 
...and if not 100% satisfied, I will receive a prompt, full refund."    
..."And if I act now I'll get all this -- a total value of $343 -- for the special price of just $79. 

Also included in this 'special offer' was a free bonus report:  "Dividend Exploders":  Boost your Income with Four High-Paying Foreign Dividend Stocks.    Since one was an Australian stock not traded on any U.S. exchange; one was an Israeli investment in which I had no interest; and I already owned one of the four stocks recommended, I had no interest in subscribing to the "Income Accelerator Strategy Report".  

I placed my order on August 28, and cancelled on September 7, 2011 by phone.  The so-called full refund of $79 was denied, and I was told I would only get a credit for $32.64. 

Rip-Off Artists and Liars, to say the least.
