I bought a Soyo barebones system in July 2004, filed immediately for the rebate and as of the end of January 2005 have not received the $70 that I am due. I have written six times to Soyo's rebate center and received no response.

Do not buy Soyo motherboards and cases expecting to get the rebate, and Tiger Direct (the vendor) will not help you in any way with the problem though they are promoting the rebates heavily.

File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and your state Attorney General's Office. Althogh SOYO has responded with a new "rebate" inquiry email address - send your request to soyo@verifyrebate.com with the required information. I think someone has finally "spammed" the email box for not responding.

Buyer beware! Ditto, Ditto, Ditto !!!
