Soyo, Tigerdirect ripoff in rebates Diamond Bar California

I have purchased a Soyo barebones kits from Tigerdirect on February 2004 after seeing the net price for purchasing one after rebates.

According to their website, Soyo asks customers to allow 16 weeks for the rebates to be processed. I think i waited for about 20 weeks before i followed it up with the customr service at Soyo.

These are the mails or correspondence i had with SOYO
Mail #1: Dated Friday, October 22, 2004 5:13 PM
Dear Sir/Madam,

Can you please provide the product you ordered and the date you ordered. If you have a copy of the rebate form you sent in, please check the rebate number which is located below the "Mail To," and please check the postmarked date which is located above the space where you provided your name. Please provide us with the information for further assistance.

Mail# 2: Dated : October 25, 2004 10:27 PM
Dear Sir,

We do apologize for the delay. We are currently in the process of rebates you are inquiring about. Your rebate has not been processed yet, please await 1 week for completion. Thank you for understanding.

After this mail, they simply stopped correspondence with me. It is now Dec 26, 2004 almost 7 weeks after i got their last email

SOYO IS THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF
PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SOYO.

I STILL HAVE A COPY OF THE CERTIFIED MAIL I USED TO SEND THIS REBATE.
