I bought two motherbords from them coming with rebates of more than $100.
In the first case, they asked me to send all the proofs by fax though I sure all were in order. They finally send the check after 9 months and many e-mails.
The second one is more problematic cause they don't answer to me. Their web site shows my rebate has been approuved since 4 months but I'm still waiting for the $62.99 check. TigerDirect doesn't take his responsibility at all. They have even sold disfunctionning refurbished products to me. Customer service is the worst you can imagine.
Don't do business with these companies, they doesn't respect people at all.
