Specialty Pool Products SPP no customer service lowell, Massachusetts
we ordered merchandise from SPP they charge $8.95 handling but we got free shipping. it turned out one item was wrong we ordered it by their description but we needed to exchange it.
we were told it was our fault and they would charge us a 30% return fee for the exchange plus the shipping charge they paid to send it and another $8.95 handling charge plus shipping for the new product .
as far as they are concerned if you ordered it and it's not rite it's your fault. the item in question sold for $12.00. thanks doug johnson
