Spectrum Internet, and Cable of Tampa FL I was charged for service that they confirmed had been disconnected since August 17th. Tampa Florida

I called Spectrum on August 17th to find out what my final bill was, and how to disconnect my service. I was told that my bill was $141.71 for phone, cable and Internet, and that I could return my equipment and I would no longer be charged. I told them that I wanted to return my cable boxes, but that I still needed the router for my alarm system. I was told that this was fine. I returned my router today October 20th, and was told that my bill was $303.00. I asked why when I only had the router. I was told that even though I returned the cable boxes, that I was still being charged. I explained that I should not have been charged for all the services when I did not have all the services anymore. I also explained that this was not the information I was given on August 17th when I called. I paid the bill by credit card because I did not want to be in collections, but I told them that their billing practices were unfair, and that I would be reporting them.

I want them investigated.
