Speedway gas station They have you buying to accumulate points that you will never be able to use. I received email from them stating that they cannot allow me to use any discounts on gas because it's against the law in Florida! Hialeah FL

per the customer service rep the accumulate points to get a discount on gas is illegal in the state of Florida!  Well here in Florida we have fuel perks by winn dixie with all Shell gas stations in the state of Florida!  They are falsely telling us if we accumulate a certain amount of points by purchasing their products we can get $.10- 1.00 off a gallon of gas!  I have attempted two times using this method of savings and could not so I emailed customer service and was told I will not ever be able to use this because the law in Florida does not allow to give us discounts!  Why offer promotions and these customer reward programs and not deliver!
