This guy's operates like the mafia to retaliate against notaries for complaining he's deadbeat or extremely late when it comes to not paying certain notaries for loan signings. If you complain about his payment history by turning down his loan assignment, he claims he has access to a database to remove you from all the other agencies you've worked with. He will put up websites and damage people's reputations if you complain on forums he doesn't pay.

This guy was the only tiff I've ever had with an agency due to my complaint he's had a long history of non payment. I told him I wouldn't accept his assignment and he made a big deal about it. He threatened me as stated herein and I later discovered he participated in complaining about me on a notary website in retaliation. He may have even been responsible for creating the web site because he is a vicious man. Here is the email he sent me.

. . . . You are currently working for 6 other companies we own, I will remove you from the there database as well.

In the email he basically said he would be removing me as a notary from 6 other agencies due to my turning down work over many complaints over his history of non-payment. Now I understand he has been complaining about me on a notary site anonymously. This is too much!

This guy has psychological issues no business person should have. If he can't handle the fact people have complained about him for non-payment he shouldn't take his problems out on those who don't trust him by lashing out with web sites and threats.

Your non payment of notaries shouldn't be my problem Mr. Amari! You operate like the Mafia in my opinion. I'm surprised you don't have hired assassins with the way you deal with notaries.

Here are his complaints as stated on the site Notary Rotary in 2010
