Spicy Lingerie Store This company is a SCAM!!! Walnut California

On December 15, 2008 i ordered two items from this company. Both items were in stock at the time of confirming my order. After not receiving my purchase over the next two weeks, i sent an e-mail to their help chat site on tracking my product and/or full refund.

I received a response the next day informing me that cancellation wasn't possible since my product had already left the warehouse and in order to recieve a full refund i'd have to return the product once i received it. After a few days and still no delivery, i e-mailed the company back for an estimated date of arrival.

I received a response informing me that both of the items i ordered were out of stock and it would be shipped in approximately 3-10 weeks. Also, my credit card would not be charged until the products left the warehouse. I immediately checked my account and discovered that the funds were taken out of my account on December 17,2008.

I made multiple attempts to contact a reprensentative of this company without any success. The telephone number is set to a voice message instructing clients to logon to the company's website for all questions, comments or assistance.
