This company is a rip off and does take your money while not shipping the product as promised.

The floor manager Geno promised they would ship 2000 boards to my local fire department after they receive 2 more advertisements sales. He said they had almost enough to start production in 2-3 weeks. What a lie since I heard this 3 separate times.

Geno used to talk to me, now he blows me off on another person who can only take messages and cannot issue a refund. She is very nice but I think she is there to block his calls. I have been promised over and over the production was to begin soon. Now I find out I was the only company in my area to sign up. Geno has told me he does not want to produce my order nor of 2000 boards nor does he want to refund my money. This company is a rip off.

Geno states the company does not refund money even though they will not produce the boards and deliver them to the fire department. Talking with another individual there (incorrectly transfered to them), I was informed not the first case the company rips off their customers and that it happens quite frequently.

Even though Geno talks directly with the owner, he said he has not talked to the owner about my refund during the last 6 months. You would think after 20+ calls over 6 months he would remember to ask.

If Firehouse Promotions states they produce and ship the ads they sell, then ship my order. I have an paid invoice from 6 months ago with no promise to produce the product as promised.
