Was introduced to Spiros Sinis and MLC Partners, LLC through a business partner. He was supposed to help us list our company or buy a public shell on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Six months later and $55,000 paid to Mr. Sinis we did not have a public shell or any type of listing on any stock exchange. Mr. Sinis lived in a suburb of Chicago and split his time between there and Purto Rico and he was always conveniently away when we asked to meet with him face to face. I do not know if he ever did any work or was just a slick conman talking to us on the phone and requesting documents. We eventually had our lawyer talk with him and he agreed to refund the $55,000. Both sides signed documents and releases and when it came time for Mr. Sinis to pay us according to the agreed upon documents he disappeared, never to be heard from again. We filed a complaint with the police for fraud. Do not do business with this man.

Please take notice that Spiros Sinnis (“Plaintiff”) has initiated an action in the Circuit Court for the 18th Judicial Circuit, DuPage County, Illinois, cause number 2017 L 270 (“the Action”), due to allegedly false statements made by the author using the pseudonym “F. Muscraty “. In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to The Tracy Firm, Ltd., at: 2100 Manchester Road Suite 615 Wheaton, IL 60187. Plaintiff has served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identities. You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously.
