Spradley Chevrolet Pueblo, CO Chevy Dealership Pueblo Colorado

Dan the GM for Spradley Chevrolet took advantage of us. We bought a new truck 2 weeks prior in AZ and it broke down 40 miles outside of Pueblo Colorado. Waited nine hours at the dealership and the service mechanic only checked to make sure there was not bad gas in the truck we just bought. Of course it wasn't bad gas and was an exhaust issue. They knew we were stranded and said to resolve they could sell us a new truck but had to roll in $5000 in negative equity because there were 1800 miles on the truck they could not fix in 9 hours. The second truck they sold us broke down in AZ with same exact symptoms as the first truck. We told them we were not going to sign the paperwork until the truck was fixed. Dan promised to ship us a new third truck to AZ and once we confirmed he then responded and said the two trucks he offered us were no longer available within a few hours of our first discussion. He said he had to take the urea pumps off so we were stuck with a broken down truck and he refused to take off the 5k in negative equity and said it was a GM problem. I have contacted GM with no call back in several days and Dan said he would pick up his truck here in AZ if my wife did not sign the contract. He then said you will be stuck and will have to figure out a way to pick up our first truck in Colorado. Shame on Chevy and GM for treating their customers this way and selling new diesel trucks with known issues. We just want out of this burden and go buy a different brand truck or at least not to be penalized an extra $5000 over a GM design flaw. No one will help us get out of this mess and this dealership is very deceptive and have very poor service.
