Sprint I made a payment on the 3rd of March and my bill said remain blance was $600.00 and now I call 3/9/15 it $900.00 Overland Park Kansas

I been with sprint for over 10yrs my bills  was just $600.00 on March 3,2015 and now my bill is $949.00 on March 9,2014 how is it then a couple of days the bill jump that high spriint was suppose to reimburse us when the tower was down for a 1yr in a half. never got reimburse and no call back I been asking for corp office

 I would guess that YOU are much further behind in making your payments then you thought. Its common enough to have it happen. Sometimes we get so busy with our lives that we miss a bill or a payment. Its HOW you recover from it that makes the difference. As for reimbursement on a downed tower, I hate to say this but look at your contract. At the top of the second page is a whole bunch of fine print. In that fine print is a small bit that says Sprint doesn't have to give you ANYTHING if the tower failure was NOT their fault. Such as from an act of god. A small bit of information for you to give YOU perspective. Many of the "towers" are NOT owned by individual cellphone carriers. Its actually owned by a third party. If say wind or a storm takes down a tower, the ONLY thing the carriers get to put on a tower is their transponder equipment. Meaning that IF a tower goes down, YOU are NOT the only person who suffers. So make sure that the problem with the tower wasn't an act of god.
