 SRSMODULE.COM is by far the WORST airbag reset / SRS module repair company I have dealt with. GENNADY YASHCHENKO that runs this SCAM out of his parents basement at 58 Owego St, Cortland, NY 13045. I placed an order online for an airbag module reset $40 and 2 seat belt repairs $55 each for my 2007 Ford Taurus. I WISH I DID MY RESEARCH ON THIS GUY!!! My parts came back IN WORSE CONDITION than I sent them in as. AIRBAG LIGHT DID NOT GO OFF and the seat belts no longer retracted HUNG LOOSE!!! I immediately called this "company" only to be greeted by a guy with a heavy RUSSIAN ACCENT who told me to "get lost" because "he doesn't have time to explain how to install parts to a retard." THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE!

I WAS IN DISGRACE! He talked to me like I am some low life animal. I WAS HIS CUSTOMER! I thought maybe this was a nightmare at the place and an angry employee took out his anger on me, so I was patient and waited until next day to call him. This time he picked up and LIED that I was not his customer and my order was not in the system. I gave him the order # (actually 2) and he tells me that's a "fake" order #. He then started yelling at me claiming that I was his competitor "safety restore," started swearing and HUNG UP THE PHONE AGAIN! I have no idea where he thinks he lives, but I was in disbelief. I contacted the BBB where he has already
