Purchased a $40.00 Credit Coupon for $20.00 through the https://shop.usatodaynetwork.com website. STACKCOMMERCE actually supplied the coupon. When I attempted to use it the coupon I found it was bogus. I requested a refund from the "Support Heroes" seven time with no response. After a week of waiting I got an email that stated "All Sales Final." and refused to refund me. STACKCOMMERCE is nothing more then a thug, a criminal institution that prays on trusting consumers. Avoid this fraudulent organization, or risk being taken advantage of. I have filled a dispute with my credit card company and will also be filing a complaint with the Frederal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center, as well as the Federal Trade Commission.

I too am a victim of these turds. They put an add out there on yahoo probably paid some dingbat wanna be journalist to put the false ad out there for a "life time" membership for the cyberghost vpn at $84.99 for life "auto renew" at "no cost" every 5 years on up to 7 devices. Pretty good deal eh? Wrong this business is in the business of ripping people like you and I off. we need to get the Better Business Bureau on it, the California State Attorney General show him or her these posts, save all your original email correspondance with stackercommerce.com and any archives of live chats with the customer support even that in my case with cyberghost itself, get your credit card company or credit union bank's fraud department on it, file a complaint and dispute the charges. Sick the feds on em FBI, NSA, Federal Trade Commission and even the FCC hello internet chatter and phone calls save em all. They need to be drug into court period. Enough of the scams punks. I too am a victim of these fraudsters and I'm ticked.
