Jay B Fellers and Stacy L Fellers called our company December 2006 to turn their swamp of a green pool clear again.  We made several trips to their home, cleaned the filters.  We removed several trash cans full of debris from their pool.  During the process of cleaning the filter all 8 grids were busted and torn, we called Jay B Fellers who approved replacing them, we drove to the pool supply store over 30 miles away to pick up new grids then Jay called and changed his mind and said he would buy his own grids but wanted us to come put the filter together which we refused.  All the work we were contracted to do we finished.  We sent this account to collections and everytime they were called they were hung up on.  We were owed approximately just under $350.00, 11 years later still NOT PAID.  Instead of paying these slimebags hired an attorney to have the lien removed we placed on their home, there are certain time constraints required in enforcing liens. They'd rather pay their attorney over $1,000.00 to file a motion using a loophole then pay US the money THEY OWE US!  Jay Fellers and Stacy Fellers received services they DID NOT PAY FOR!
