I was phoned on a Sunday afternoon and spoken to for over Two hours by a very good salesperson.Christine Barton after coming down to 9.95 per month from several hundred one time I thought I was given a deal with a new way of advertising my non-profit and my book that I am trying to get published,
One month passes and I recieve a package with my "Personalized Information" Misspelled (after confirming correct spelling with her on the phoneand due to thelate arrival, after being told that I had to hurry to be included in this deal.
I phoned three times to ask for someone to re-contact me and NOONE did. I recieved this package a month late and am due for this in February and I have been trying since December to cancel this as I cannot use it and I kave never logged on or used the services after reading the other report about this company and their mehods.
I will report them as fraudulent to my bank tommorrow If I cannot get any other assistance through other channels.
Your Site has already helped me because I now know NOT to log on to them and give them any excuses to bill me for their "service"

Unfortunately, I too fell victim to this scam. Please make sure to change your credit / debit card information. Also report the company to the New York State BBB as well as the FBI. Best of luck to you.

Like you, I was also taken advantage of by this scam. You have to play hardball with these people and don't back down! I got the NY BBB involved in this one (and a local news station that investigates scams). Amit Narine from the BBB is the one I have to give a big THANKS to for getting me my money back. Every last penny of it, too. I highly recommend that you file a complaint with the BBB. I'm not making any promises, but it's worth a shot and Who's Who needs to know that you're not taking NO for an answer. Good luck!!!
